1. What are you trying to solve with your proposed project?

2. Who will benefit from the result of the proposed project?

These questions are the basic foundations of any project proposal. We must have a compelling reason for pursuing a project and definitely we should define who will benefit from it. If we’re able to clearly answer these 2 questions, I think the other concerns such as feasibility, timeline, budget, personnel, supply, etc. will be answered as well.
